Ei fu… Napoleone Bonaparte
On of May 5, 191th anniversary of Napoleon's death, the Napoleonic Museum (the place where Rome, the Bonapartes and Napoleon meet), proposes a series of thematic events dedicated to the great figure of History.
Precious artefacts, some coming directly from his exile in Saint Helena will be illustrated by the curators of the museum through a fascinating journey into the glories and defeats of Napoleon. Among the most valuable items on display are six maps drawn by Albert-Louis-Ghislain Bacler d'Albe, on a single wall to let students know more about the Napoleonic campaigns in Italy through the extraordinary strategic tool used by Napoleon.
