CARTE D'ITALIE - Napoleon Bonaparte's Italian Campaign in the maps designed by Bacler d’Albe
On display a series of six maps by Louis-Albert-Bacler-Ghislain d'Albe, dedicated to the Napoleonic campaigns in Italy, donated to the Napoleonic Museum in Rome by Count Pompeo Campello.
Besides acknowledging the generosity of the donor, the exhibition is part of a series of exhibitions dedicated to the gifts received by the museum and started with an exhibition of lithographs drawn from Expédition d'Italie by Denis-Auguste-Marie Raffet, a volume donated to the Museum by the Lazio Region.
